Our team has the ability and equipment to deliver any products in our inventory, from outdoor living kits to retaining wall blocks for sale in Madison, WI. In most cases, we can deliver within Dane County in one to two days; however, during peak season (May & June) delivery may take up to three days. It is helpful if you can schedule at least three days in advance to get the product on the day you need it. For deliveries outside of Dane County, please call for schedule and availability.

When scheduling, we require prepayment, so please be prepared for this when you call our team.

We have a curbside delivery policy; however, in most cases we are invited onto private property. At that time we will make every effort to accommodate you and place your materials in the location of your request. If our driver deems a certain spot inaccessible due to a high probability of damage to lawns, structures, the truck itself or other obstacles, they will decline to dump the delivery in that spot and request an alternate delivery spot.

Please be aware, once the truck arrives at your property, the delivery has been made, whether the load is dumped or not. The customer is responsible for the delivery charge.

We know that not everyone needs or wants home delivery. This is why we welcome you to come out to our landscape yard, located in Fitchburg, WI, to pick up the stone, mulch or concrete products you're looking for. Our friendly staff will be happy to help you with your needs and get you on your way quickly.

A restocking fee is charged on all resalable material with a receipt. Our restocking fee is as follows:

• 10 percent if returned within 30 days
• 20 percent between 31-60 days
• 25 percent between 61-90 days

Anything over 90 days is not refundable. All returns are subject to approval. Prices are subject to change without notice.
